Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our packaging products, we do not accept returns on orders that match the approved proof. However, we stand behind our quality and will address any issues promptly.

Defective Products

If you receive products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match your approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Reprints

If there is a printing error on our end (color mismatch, misalignment, or incorrect artwork), we will reprint the order at no charge. Please note that minor color variations between screen and print are normal and not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee based on materials already used. Contact us at info@theprintingworld.com to request a cancellation.
