Return/Cancellation Policy
This instrument outlines the governing terms, conditions, and protocols regarding the authorization of refunds and the revocation of purchase orders by The Printing World (hereinafter designated as the “Company”) for its clientele.
Section 1: Returns and Refunds
All merchandise produced by The Printing World is created in strict accordance with the distinct specifications, directives, and parameters supplied by the client. Consequently, these items are classified as bespoke commodities and are fundamentally ineligible for return or financial reimbursement, barring the exceptions articulated within this Section.
The client reserves the right to declare any substantial non-conformity, structural defect, or dispute concerning the delivered packaging materials. Any such claim or formal reservation must be communicated to The Printing World within a rigid timeframe of 24 hours subsequent to the receipt of the consignment. A failure to furnish this notification within the prescribed window shall operate as an unconditional acceptance of the delivered merchandise and a complete waiver of any subsequent claims.
The Printing World expressly retains the unilateral and absolute prerogative, at its own discretion, to launch and execute a comprehensive verification audit regarding any claimed defect, material deviation, or dispute lodged by the client.
Upon the culmination of this verification protocol, The Printing World shall possess the sole authority to issue a conclusive ruling regarding the legitimacy of the purported defects. Should the Company’s internal investigation corroborate a material fault or production non-conformity directly arising from its manufacturing operations, the client’s singular and exclusive legal remedy shall be restricted to the complete remanufacture (reprinting) of the compromised order.
Section 2: Order Cancellation
The Printing World retains the exclusive authority to terminate an order at any juncture prior to the initiation of the shipping phase. However, once the fabricated goods have been transferred to the logistics carrier for transit, the transaction is deemed irrevocable.
While order revocations may be authorized during discrete phases of the production lifecycle, the assessment of a cancellation penalty shall be strictly enforced, commensurate with the specific production milestone reached at the time the request is lodged.
A baseline administrative tariff equating to 5% of the aggregate order valuation shall be assessed to mitigate payment gateway fees and transactional expenditures in instances where fiscal remittance has been secured, but design operations have not yet commenced.
The authorized timeframe for order cancellation is rigidly confined to a four (4) hour period immediately succeeding the final approval of the design artwork. Cancellations executed within this interval shall incur a penalty calculated as the greater of the following two metrics: (a) 20% of the gross order valuation, or (b) the quantifiable design and labor expenditures actually incurred by The Printing World up to the exact moment of revocation.
Although The Printing World will make a good-faith effort to intercept and cancel an order that has already transitioned into the active printing phase, such revocation cannot be guaranteed due to the prior allocation of production resources. In the event a cancellation is successfully executed while the order is demonstrably in the printing queue, a minimum deduction of 50% of the total order value shall be retained to offset utilized materials and operational costs.
Once an order progresses into the shipping and dispatch phase, it is irrevocably classified as non-cancellable.
