Shipping Policy
In furtherance of its client value proposition, The Printing World covenants to remit the entirety of standard transit costs, thereby effectuating complimentary shipping for all consignments destined for the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Conversely, for any freight routed to geographic jurisdictions exogenous to the aforementioned territories, the Client shall assume absolute and indivisible fiscal liability for all mandatory shipping levies and associated transit assessments.
Notwithstanding the assignment of complimentary or mandatory shipping statuses, the Client shall remain strictly and exclusively liable for all auxiliary pecuniary impositions levied by regional or sovereign authorities upon the consignment’s arrival. Such exactions, including but not limited to customs duties, tariffs, and importation taxes, are expressly excluded from the preliminary financial quotation and must be remitted by the Client immediately upon delivery to secure the lawful release of the shipment.
Turnaround Time
The Company institutes a standard, non-binding manufacturing and production interval, hereinafter defined as the Turnaround Time, projected to encompass a duration of 10 to 14 business days. The Client expressly acknowledges that the stipulated Turnaround Time is strictly provisional and susceptible to material extension stemming from contingencies reasonably beyond the Company’s span of control, including, but not restricted to, extreme meteorological anomalies, acts of God, geopolitical instability, or corollary force majeure events.
Shipment Damage Due to Logistics Companies
The Printing World unequivocally disclaims any and all liability for risks assumed during transit, explicitly encompassing carrier negligence, malfeasance, improper freight handling, or accidental compromise of the cargo. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Client immediately upon the Company's tender of the goods to the designated logistics provider. Therefore, the Client’s singular and exclusive legal recourse for the indemnification or recovery of damages sustained in transit shall be directed entirely against the third-party carrier. The Client bears the sole administrative and legal burden of initiating, substantiating, and prosecuting any compensatory claims against said carrier, strictly in accordance with the carrier’s codified terms of carriage.
Exclusions of Liability for Shipping Delays
The Company shall be held harmless and immune from any liability pertaining to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial penalties, or commercial losses suffered by the Client due to delays in transit, final delivery, or customs processing. The Client affirmatively stipulates that all corporate liability ceases unconditionally upon the transfer of the consignment to the logistics entity. The Printing World explicitly waives any accountability for delivery deferments arising from the following circumstances:
Operational and Climatic Impediments: Operational logjams, such as vehicular congestion, or adverse climatic impacts directly affecting the carrier’s logistical infrastructure.
Force Majeure and Civil Unrest: Sociopolitical disruptions, civil insurrections, sovereign governmental interventions, or formalized force majeure declarations.
Regulatory and Customs Protocols: Protracted customs adjudications, mandatory documentary inspections, or extended regulatory clearances by competent governmental authorities.
Client Omissions or Inaccuracies: Delays proximately caused by the Client’s tender of erroneous, deficient, or unverified shipping coordinates and contact metrics.
Furthermore, in the event that a consignment is officially classified as unclaimed by the carrier, thereby compelling the physical repatriation of the goods to the Company's facilities, the Client shall assume primary and absolute financial responsibility for all expenditures requisite to the subsequent re-tender and dispatch of the Order.
