Standard production time is 10-14 business days after proof approval. Rush production (7 business days) is available for an additional fee on most products. Contact us for rush availability on your specific order.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $500 within the continental United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier. An estimated shipping cost is provided with your quote. Final shipping charges are confirmed before production begins.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier website.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at info@theprintingworld.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
